Since 2015, we’ve started purchasing strictly selected brown sugar, tapioca balls and milk regardless of the cost. After three years of trying many times and in many ways, we finally discovered the golden ratio for Bubble Milk Tea with Brown Sugar. The name of brand was named after the nickname of our daughter, Bubble Lee, who was a little over 1- year-old at the time, adored our drinks very much.
The aroma of brown sugar, the richness of milk, the chewiness of tapioca balls and the coldness of crushed ice turn into a healthy beverage adored by elders, children, boys and girls.

In December 2017, the first beverage shop with the brand name - Bubble Lee, was established in beautiful Tamshui.
